Kate Cassidy Shares Heartfelt Tribute to Late Partner Liam Payne with Intimate Unseen Photos

Kate Cassidy has paid a moving tribute to her late boyfriend, Liam Payne, by sharing a series of unseen and deeply personal photos of the former One Direction star. The 26-year-old influencer opened up to fans on social media, offering intimate glimpses into their relationship and reflecting on her grief following Liam’s tragic passing.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Cassidy invited fans to ask questions, one of which prompted her to reveal her favourite photos of herself and Liam. In response, she shared a photo of her coffee table covered in printed pictures of the pair. Among them were heartwarming snaps — including one of the couple cuddling at Disneyland and another showing them beaming in glamorous outfits.

“I have too many, but I keep these on my coffee table,” she wrote. “Should probably get frames though.”

One particular Polaroid, showing Liam flashing an upside-down peace sign with “I love you” scrawled across it, stood out among the display — a candid moment that now serves as a cherished memory.

Cassidy also posted an unseen photo from a past beach holiday, showing the couple hand in hand with their faces turned away from the camera. Liam’s distinctive tattoos peek through as he wears white shorts, a visual echo of a quieter, more private side of their life together.

In a particularly emotional post, she shared a carousel of unedited photos from their last holiday together in Greece, seven months after his death. Cassidy recalled asking Liam to photograph her in a white satin and lace dress she adored — a request he embraced with his typical enthusiasm.

“As usual, with no hesitation, Liam did everything he could to get me the perfect photo,” she wrote. “We walked around the entire resort trying to find the perfect background. That’s just who he was — always thinking of me in the most thoughtful ways.”

Despite Liam’s admiration, Cassidy admitted she struggled with insecurities at the time. “When I looked back at the photos, all I saw were flaws. I hated how I looked. My pose, my hair, my face — everything. I picked myself apart and told him I’d try editing them.”

Liam’s gentle response has stayed with her: “He just looked at me and said, ‘I wish you saw how beautiful you are through my eyes.’”

Now, in tribute to the man she loved, Cassidy shared the photos “unedited, unfiltered — just me. The way you saw me. I miss you. I love you. Always.”

The tribute is one of many Cassidy has made since Payne’s passing, with her Instagram feed gradually becoming a living album of their shared memories. Each post speaks to the depth of their bond and the grief she continues to navigate.

Though Payne’s estate is being handled by his ex-partner Cheryl Tweedy, with whom he shared an eight-year-old son, Bear, Cassidy’s tributes reflect a legacy rooted not just in fame, but in love, vulnerability, and the quiet moments that never made headlines.
