A statement from Newcastle Supporters Worldwide has called on the Toon Army to sing Liverpool’s famous anthem You’ll Never Walk Alone when the Reds visit St James’ Park on 23 August — the Magpies’ first home game of the season.

We now play Liverpool in our first home game of the season. We are asking all fans in attendance against Liverpool to sing YNWA at the start of the game to show respect to Jota.
