According to Anthony Palacios of Last Word of Sports, the Bills could be a potential suitor for Sutton. “The team has yet to have conversations to bring back Amari Cooper, so they may trade for a new wide receiver this offseason as their main WR1,” Palacios said. “Sutton might find his footing and achieve excellent results with one of the greatest arms in the league of Josh Allen.”
Sutton has expressed optimism about his future with the Broncos, saying that his team has had “a really good conversation with the guys up there in the front office, and I think it’s working in the right direction.” He added that he’s “open and optimistic about the fact that I’ll be able to be here for the rest of my career.”
The Bills’ interest in Sutton makes sense, given their need for a true No. 1 wide receiver. Khalil Shakir has established himself as a legitimate weapon, but the team lacks a dominant receiver. Sutton, who has had a career-high 81 catches and over 1,000 yards in the past season, could be a great fit for the Bills.
